a term which is not at all easy to define but is present in everyone's mind, heart and soul....so what shud be done when it comes shud you let it flow or shud it just be inside you.
its a word just a letter less than dANGER.. we all must have through this phase and some of us may still be going through it..its something tht we cannot control and something tht has never given us success..it has just given us loss and only loss

It's crucial to find a safe way to let it out. My favorite way is using Reevaluation Counseling ("co-counseling" or "co-listening, which also exists in India), a practice in which you get together with someone and take turns holding a space in which each person gets to discharge emotion in safety. In my experience this is very healing, and when practiced well, reaches beyond the emotional level to sensation and especially to energy. After all, emotions are energy filtered through level 3 perception.
